Simple back pain relief: ice, heat, and breathing.
This guide provides a simple method to relieve lower back pain and promote relaxation using ice, heat, and breathing exercises.
Why it works: this method combines targeted therapy and mindful breathing to alleviate discomfort. Ice reduces inflammation and numbs pain, while heat improves blood flow and relaxes tense muscles. Elevating your legs supports your spine by reducing pressure, and deep breathing calms your nervous system, enhancing overall relaxation and healing.
