Care shaped around your life
Strata Integrative offers one-on-one holistic orthopedic occupational therapy for pain, movement, and daily function. Treatment is individualized rather than a fixed protocol.
Orthopedic occupational therapy
Assessment and rehabilitation for upper-extremity concerns, persistent pain, injury recovery, and the activities you want to return to.
Hands-on bodywork
Structural integration, myofascial treatment, and carefully paced manual techniques to explore how connected regions may influence symptoms and movement.
Movement and nervous-system retraining
Neurodynamic techniques, neuromuscular re-education, and practical movement strategies help reinforce changes and build confidence outside the session.
For clinicians
Training and coaching for therapists and manual practitioners interested in a thoughtful, whole-body approach.
A session begins with your goals and a whole-body assessment. We test, treat, and reassess together, then choose practical steps you can carry into daily life.
Services & approach
A different kind of care experience.
Whole-person orthopedic care that connects hands-on treatment, movement, and daily life.
Your treatment is built around your history, goals, movement, and response. Techniques are selected as part of a coordinated plan, with space for questions, feedback, and adjustment.
01 · Function in daily life
Orthopedic occupational therapy
Connect treatment with what you need and want to do.
Occupational therapy considers how symptoms affect everyday activities, from work and self-care to exercise and recreation. Assessment looks at relevant movement, strength, control, sensation, and daily demands.
Care may support orthopedic and neurological concerns, persistent or complex pain, hypermobility, and recovery following injury or surgery. The plan reflects your needs and any medical precautions.
What we may work on
- Comfort and function in the shoulder, arm, wrist, and hand
- Movement strategies and graded return to meaningful activities
- Practical adaptations for work, home, and recreation
- Confidence and self-management between visits
02 · Hands-on and more
Integrative bodywork
Explore the connections within your movement system.
Structural integration, myofascial work, and joint mobilization may be used to explore mobility, tissue sensitivity, and how different regions work together. Treatment can extend beyond the area that feels painful when assessment suggests a relevant connection.
Your comfort and feedback guide pressure, pacing, and positioning. Hands-on work is paired with education and movement so that treatment connects with daily function.
You can request a change, pause, or stop a technique at any time.
03 · Movement and the nervous system
Build trust in movement.
Practice changes you can use beyond the treatment room.
Movement retraining and neuromuscular re-education focus on coordination, control, and purposeful activity. Neurodynamic techniques may be included when appropriate to your findings and response.
Breathwork, pacing, mindfulness, and somatic strategies may help support comfort and engagement with movement. We consider stress, sleep, lifestyle, and your experience of symptoms as part of the whole picture.
The aim is a manageable plan you understand and can carry into your life.
